Individual Therapy and Medication Management
I have over 18 years of experience treating children and adults with psychotherapy (talk therapy) and psychiatric medications. I am told by patients they value my warmth and compassion balanced with my straight-forward style. I work with individuals who are struggling with transitions, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, anger management, stress, trauma, bipolar disorder, grief and loss. The majority of my practice is weekly psychotherapy patients and I do a limited amount of medication management for people who are already established with a therapist. When people are receiving both therapy and medication from the same person or two people who are in close contact I feel this leads to better outcomes, less medication and greater patient satisfaction.
I work primarily in-person. I utilize Telehealth on a limited basis for continuity of care.
I have extensive training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy as well as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)and Motivational Interviewing.
I earned my Masters Degree in Nursing from Oregon Health and Sciences University. I also hold a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Linfield College and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
I am Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and licensed in the state of Oregon.

If you would like to discuss working together, please send me an email and let me know a little bit about what you are looking for, as well as, good times to reach you by phone.
If we decide working together seems like a good fit, I will then email you a link so that you may fill out all of the new patient paperwork prior to our first appointment.

Insurance Verification
Please contact your insurance company to verify your benefits before your visit, as you are ultimately responsible for payment. There may be a deductible or a limited number of visits your insurance will cover. These visits may include myself and your counselor if applicable. Here are some helpful questions when speaking to your insurance company:
- Is Colby Rauch, PMHNP a covered provider for me?
- Is she considered an in-network or out-of-network provider?
- What are my in-network or out-of-network mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, how much is my deductible?
- What is my co-pay or what percentage of the fee will I be responsible for at each visit?
If you are insured with one of the above companies I will gladly submit a bill as a courtesy for you.
